Togouchi Japanese Whisky highlighted at an unprecedented diner.

Togouchi Whiskies can also be a source of inspiritation for the greatest chefs. Early December, a few selected people gathered around some dishes and whisky pairing from our Togouchi Japanese whisky range. A great moment of sharing and discovery, made possible by the talented Sylvain Sendra and his team from the Fleur de Pavé Restaurant in Paris, as well as the high quality of the vegetables from the gardener Asafumi Yamashita. On the menu : an oyster paired with a Togouchi Saké Cask Finish emulsion, a beef paleron brushed with Togouchi Peated Cask Finish and a Yuzu Pavlova accompagnied by a glass of Togouchi Single Malt ; what a treat !
